If the uncertainty of today’s world is causing you fear, worry and stress, then it’s time to take back your power and your life. In this exciting webinar, Jean Summit-Riker ’95 will be revealing how to raise your vibration (internal energy frequency) and allow your soul’s wisdom, spirit and the angelic realm to inspire and guide you to your best life ever. Jean is a Usui/Karuna Reiki master teacher and practitioner, soul wisdom coach and an author. Registration is required in advance in order to receive login information. Join from your computer, phone or tablet.

In-Person Workshop: Mindfulness for Everyday Living, St. Joseph's College Long Island

Increasing amounts of research show the clinical benefits of mindfulness on our physical and mental health. Join us for an interactive workshop on how to implement mindfulness in everyday situations, with an opportunity to explore the topic in depth and gain a deeper understanding of its impact across history. This workshop features special guest facilitator Peter Lin, Ph.D., licensed psychologist and associate professor at St. Joseph’s College.

Webinar – Rocks, Pebbles and Sand: A Simple Method of Work/Life Balance

For many of us, the concept of work/life balance seems to be a distant fantasy only to be achieved with unlimited amounts of time and flexibility. Join us as our facilitator breaks down the topic into manageable pieces and provides practical tools for working toward your own version of work/life balance that you would like to achieve. Registration is required in advance in order to receive login information. Join from your computer, phone or tablet.

April 25, 8:30 – 10 a.m. EDT
